Shannon
Licensed Massage Therapist

Shannon has called the Grand Valley her home for most of her life. Graduating from Palisade High School and CMU (when it was still Mesa State College) with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Bookkeeping has been her main career focus most of her adult life, however, in 2013 she became a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist. Who knew massaging horses was an actual thing. After witnessing the effects one massage had on one of her own horses that she thought she was going to lose, she was instantly sold on the idea and pursued her education to become certified and help horses. Shannon has always been interested in overall human health as well and after some encourgement from Erika Cripe, she got licensed as a human massage therapist as well in 2022. She believes in life long learning and constantly adding to her knowledge base to better serve her clients (both human and horses).

Shannon has been blessed with an amazing husband, Jeffery, two beautiful daughters, Courtnee and Sienna, as well as one rambunctious grandson, Grayson.  Being outdoors hiking, riding horses, paddleboarding, fishing, and hunting are ways she loves to reconnect with nature. Helping and serving others is her passion. Helping people and horses feel amazing in their own bodies again and being able to do things they thought they may no longer be able to do, is truly an amazing experience.

Heather Crider
Naturopathic Doctor

Heather Crider is a dedicated Naturopathic Doctor who has been helping individuals and families reclaim their vitality since 2009. With a deep focus on the "immune-neurological-gut axis" and neurological restoration, she moves beyond surface-level symptoms to address the root causes of chronic illness.

Heather’s clinical approach is built on a Four-Pillar Framework: integrating specialized and individualized homeopathy, targeted lifestyle nutrition, internal repair protocols, and environmental Medicine. Whether she is guiding patients through complex neurological recoveries like Shingles and Post herpetic neuralgia or helping parents identify hidden "saboteurs" in their household products, her goal is always the same: to facilitate a deep, inside-out transformation.

She also offers homeoprophylaxis for conscientious families who are choosing not to vaccinate; this process "educates" the immune system in a natural way that has been used for 100 years.  We're also excited because she is planning on offering group detox and cleansing classes!

A firm believer in the "vital force"—the body's innate ability to adapt and heal—Heather combines rigorous clinical expertise with a warm, empathetic approach. When she isn't in the clinic or developing natural health guides, you can find her recharging on a hiking trail, crafting homemade remedies like tallow butter, or spending time with her beloved companions, Cedar and Vivian.

"I don’t just want to help you get better; I want to help you reorganize your system for lasting health."
